We’re egg-stra excited because our pet Easter Baskets are back this year! Whether you're local or across the country, let us give your pet the best basket for bunny day. The basket is tailored to your pet’s needs based on the questions we ask and your order history with us. If your pet has allergies, we take that into account. Everything from your pet’s size to their play style will factor into what they’ll get.
Each basket may contain a different mix of items from chews to toys to accessories. It’s a fun surprise! Orders are only open until March 29th (or until we run out). Baskets will ship between April 8th-10th for non-locals. Local will be April 15th. Please make sure to read our FAQ question below before ordering! 🐰
Easter Basket FAQ
How much does each basket cost?
Each basket costs $60. They will come wrapped in an Easter basket of Modern Companion's choosing.
What makes each basket unique?
Our baskets are tailored to your pet's specific needs, including their size, any allergies they might have, and their past order history. The basket will contain a mix of items such as treats, toys, chews, accessories, and possibly holiday-related items, depending on inventory and other factors. Some may have easter related products in them and some may not.
How do I get my pet(s) name on the basket?
The name on the basket is an extra charge of $5. If you would like to add it please select the add on!
Will the items in the basket be the same as shown in the photos?
The basket shown in the photo is an example. The actual items and color of basket will vary based on your pet's size, allergies, inventory, and order history. We ensure that each pet will love the selection, with a product value of over $40 and containing approximately 3-5 products.
Do you offer shipping?
Yes, we can ship your order! However, due to the special care we put into preparing these baskets, free shipping is not available, and they do not qualify for the free shipping minimum. Additionally, no coupons or discounts may be applied unless you are a Modern Companion Subscription Box Subscriber, than you get 10% off your basket with your unique code!
Can I order and pick up at your store?
You can! Just select “local pickup” at checkout and we’ll send you a notification when it’s ready for you to come get it.
Can I order a basket for multiple pets?
Yes, we have a multi-pet household deal for up to two pets. We can include products for both pets in the same basket for $100, with more than $70 worth of products split between them.
The $60 baskets are designed for a single pet, so if you have multiple pets, please select the multi-pet option. We understand that some households have more than two pets and may not want multiple baskets, but after testing, we found that we cannot fit more than two pets’ worth of products in a single basket.
When do I need to order by?
Orders are open until March 29th or until supplies run out.
When will the baskets ship?
Baskets will ship between April 8th-10th. In-store pickup will start the week after.
When is Easter this year?
Easter falls on April 20th this year!
Should I order my basket seperate from other items in my cart?
Yes, please order your easter baskets separately from other Modern Companion items so we can ship everything to you as quickly as possible.
What information should I provide about my pet when ordering?
Let us know if your pet has any allergies to avoid in your basket. Also, share your pet's playing style, such as whether they're a super chewer or love fetch, so we can tailor the basket to their preferences.
Can I request specific items or exclusions in my basket?
Please avoid asking for specific items or exclusions in your basket, with the exception of allergy concerns. The element of surprise is a key part of the basket's appeal and we do our best, to give your pet the best!
