Modern Companion Fall Fido Festival Vendor Application
Are you a pet-friendly business, maker, or service or Food Truck that would like to participate in our event? We are reviewing applications and accepting vendors on a rolling basis. Space is limited. Please do not apply if you are unwilling to participate if you get accepted.

Date:Saturday October 1st 2022
Where is the event located?
This event will be located at Crooked Creek Park - 1098 Old Lexington Hwy, Chapin, SC. It will take place in one of their huge parking lots and in the grass area.
What time will I have to set up?
We will send out a vendor packet 3 weeks before the event with setup times. We usually will have vendors come to start setting up as early as 8 am. All vendors must be ready to go by 9:45am.
When do I pay?
If you are approved to be a vendor an invoice will be sent out to you to pay the booth fee. The Booth fee must be paid within 5 business days of receiving the invoice. Failure to pay will result in us not holding your space and you can not reapply for this event. Booth fees are non-refundable.
Are booth fees refundable?
Booth fees are non-refundable.
Does my business have to relate to pets?
Yes, we require that 50% of your business has to be pet-related unless you have been approved by the event planner in advance.
This does not apply to Food Trucks!
If you have a business that is not pet-related and you would like your company to help provide for our event. We have sponsorship opportunities here.
Do I have to stay the whole time?
Yes, all vendors are required to stay the whole time. We do NOT let vendors pack up early.
I'm a rescue do I need to pay?
We do not charge rescue organizations a fee. However, we do require a $25 deposit to hold your space. We refund it the day of the event when you show up.
Do I need to bring my own tent?
Vendors must provide all decorations, tables, products, etc. for their booth. We recommend bringing a tent If you have one, as it tends to get pretty warm.
What does the vendor fee include?
The vendor fee is provided so that we can pay for the venue, advertise the event, and provide signage.
Do I have to be local to be a vendor!
No! We accept vendors from all over and have had vendors in the past travel!
I can't make it but would love to still advertise my business/help!
