Please Read All of the Following BEFORE placing an order. We CAN NOT change or modified your order once they are placed. 

Pre-Orders will open on November 7th are only open until November 12 (or until we run out) and are guaranteed delivery before Christmas. Ship Date / In-store Pickup will start on December 10th.

Please do NOT ask for an earlier ship date. YES WE CAN SHIP! Due to the rising cost of shipping during the holiday season and the time it takes our staff to make these extra special we are not offering Free Shipping on these bags and they do not count towards the Free Shipping Minimum. NO coupons, discounts may be applied UNLESS you are a Modern Companion Subscription Box Customer you will get 10% off and you should have received an email with that code. 

Each of our sack is different because we cater to your pet based on a variety of factors. We base the products in the bag on your pet's size, allergies, and past order history. The bag will then consist of a variety of items from treats, toys, chews, accessories, etc. Some may have holiday-related items some may not. 

The Santa Sacks come in two different styles to choose from. You can pick between a dog or cat themed sack.

You also get to tell us whether your pet(s) have been “good” or “bad, but cute” and we will check the box on your sack

Please Note: The pet “breed” on the sacks are Modern Companion branded pets. These are not customizable at this time. It will be random what “pet” you get! Please do not ask us for a specific pet. 

The Bag in the photo is just an example of how a bag could look. Again, items will vary in each bag based on pet size, allergies, inventory, order history, etc. But we are sure your pet will love everything we put in.

One Sack For One Pet ($80): Includes one sack, ONE name customized on the sack, and $50+ worth of items!

One Sack For Two Pets ($100): Includes one sack, TWO names customized on the sack, and $70+ worth of items!

One Sack For Three Pets ($120):  Includes one sack, THREE names customized on the sack, and $90+ worth of items

Nice List Ordering (Please DO):

• Order your Santa Sack separately from other Modern Companion items so we can ship everything to you as quickly as possible. Otherwise your items will only ship want the Sack ships in December. 
• Let us know if your pet has any allergies so we can keep allergens out of your bag.
• Share your pet’s playing style with us so we know if you have a superchewer.

Naughty List Ordering That Leads to Canceled Orders (Please DON'T):

• Order the One Sack for One Pet and request multiple items for multiple pets. We have options for multi-pet households to get more products for more pets or you can order more than one sack if you don't want them sharing. 
• Ask for specific items in your bag or ask for specific things to be excluded (outside of allergy concerns). Part of the Santa Sack is the surprise!
• Ask to change the dog or cat on the bag. The dog on the bag is Modern Companion branded and is not customizable at this time
