Santa Paws is coming to town!
Santa Paws is visiting Chapin, SC again on November 22nd! He's asked Modern Companion and Modern Color Photography to help him get pictures with the pets on his nice list (and maybe a few naughty pets, too).
Want to join in the festive fun? Select your time slot and let us know if you want two or more pictures! We'll handle the rest.
Santa Paws Photos at Modern Companion 2026
Santa Paws is coming back to Modern Companion! Join us on Sunday, November 22nd from 1 to 4pm at our Chapin boutique (508B Lexington Ave) for festive photos with Santa Paws, taken by a professional photographer. Whether it's your new puppy's first Christmas or the perfect family holiday card, Santa Paws is here for you.
$60 gets you two edited digital photos, ready to frame, print or share. Want more? Extra photos are just $10 each with our add-on. Photos arrive by email within 2 weeks after the event.
Santa Paws is by appointment only, so just pick the time slot that works best for you, plan your outfits, and we'll handle the rest.
Before you book, a few things to know:
Only book a spot you can make. Each session is short and we have a limited number of them, so please only reserve a time you're sure you can attend. All spots are nonrefundable, and we're not able to offer rescheduling or rain checks.
Please be on time. We're running a tight schedule with a professional photographer, so plan to arrive a few minutes before your time slot. If you're more than 5 minutes late, your spot may be forfeited so we can keep everyone else on time.
Bring what gets your pet's attention. A favorite squeaky toy or treat goes a long way toward that perfect shot. Bringing more than one pet? An extra set of hands from home makes it smoother for everyone.
Our Santa loves every kind of pet, and our team will be right behind the camera cheering your furry friend on. We can't wait to see you!
FAQ
Can humans be in the pictures?
We would love to help you capture a sweet family photo! Your pictures are entirely up to you. If you want pictures of your pet and Santa alone, that's fine! If you want a full family picture, we'll help make it happen.
What is included in the picture price?
You'll get a 5 minute time slot to get pictures of your family and pets with Santa Paws! We'll have a backdrop set up with a large bench for your pet to get cozy.
Modern Color Photography will capture your pictures and edit them to perfection. During your shoot, our team will do everything in our power to help you get the perfect pose from your pet. We'll shake treats, squeak toys, or call your pet's name to get them looking at the camera!
When will my pictures be ready?
Pictures will be emailed to you by Modern Color Photography within 2 weeks of our picture date.
Will my pictures come from the Modern Companion email?
Your pictures will be sent to you by Amber with Modern Color Photography. They will not come from a Modern Companion email address!
How do the time slots work?
Come to the store right at the beginning of your time slot! We have a small amount of buffer time at the beginning and end of yourof actual picture time in the middle.
Please do your best to be on time! If you miss your time slot or arrive more than 5 minutes late, we will move on to the next group and cannot guarantee you'll be able to take photos at this event. These time slots are nonrefundable.
