When will my ornament ship?
Every ornament is made to order, so please allow about 2 weeks before it ships. Order by December 1 to get it in time for Christmas.
What is it made of?
Clear acrylic with your pet's ornament printed on it, finished with a red ribbon so it's ready to hang.
Can I pick the ornament color?
We choose the color so your pet's colors really pop against it. Trust us, it looks best that way!
What if my pet's breed isn't here?
Pick the closest match, or add a custom character for +$15 and upload a photo. We'll draw a character inspired by your pet in our illustration style. Spots are limited.
I have more than one pet. Can I order a few?
Of course! Make one, add it to your cart, then tap "Make another ornament" for the next pet.
Can I add one to my Santa sack?
