How big is the sack?
Each sack is 18" wide x 24" tall, plenty of room for treats, toys and a few extra surprises.
Can I pick the ornament color?
We choose the ornament color for each pet so their colors really pop against it. Trust us, it looks best that way!
What if my pet's breed isn't here?
Pick the closest match, or add a custom character for +$15 and upload a photo. We'll draw a character inspired by your pet in our illustration style. Spots are limited.
Will the custom character look exactly like my pet?
It'll look like your pet, just in our style! We match their colors, markings, ears and overall vibe, but it's a stylized illustration, not a realistic portrait. Think of it as your pet joining our crew of characters.
Do I have to put names on the sack?
Nope! Names go under the ornaments if you want them, or skip them for a cleaner look.
What goes in a curated sack?
Treats, toys, chews and surprises picked around each pet's size, allergies and play style. Part of the magic is the surprise, so we can't take requests for specific items.
Can I order it with other things?
Please order your sack on its own so the rest of your order can ship right away.
How does shipping work?
Holiday shipping is calculated at checkout, and sacks don't count toward free shipping. Local? Choose in-store pickup.
